I was recommended to Grays by a friend of my wife that said they were so friendly and helpful. I just had a consultation about possibly replacing our HVAC system and both comments were true. From booking the appointment to meeting with the technician it was a very positive experience.

After 5 visit from a very prominent AC company that you see driving in vans all over Las Vegas, I am speechless and incredibly impressed and have had the great privilege of meeting and working with Mike Claus and his team of experts.

Each specialist was Unbelievably kind, considerate, clean, neat and kept me updated at each stage of this furnace repair. What an unexpected beautiful experience.

This team arrived at 8 o’clock in the morning and left at 7 PM and they couldn’t have been more kind and more relaxed for their long day.

In the attic at 112 degrees for 11!hours!!! Yep, I said attic at 112 degrees, I felt so bad that they had so much work to do but they did it with Grace and honor.

1 million times recommend Grays … WE LOVE YOU!!!!

It’s always a pleasure dealing with Gray’s AC. They do a thorough job of checking out the units, providing recommendations for needed repairs, and providing quick and reasonable cost estimates. Their work is always of the highest quality and their technicians are the best. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs

I had an excellent experience with Grays HVAC company! Mike was knowledgeable and transparent, offering great pricing without any pressure. Installation was scheduled quickly, and the crew did an outstanding job - on time, clean, and thorough. My new system works great, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Highly recommend this company to anyone in the Las Vegas area looking for quality HVAC service, fair pricing, and a team that truly delivers!
